Harbor’s Sliding Scale and Scholarships
At Harbor Christian Counseling, we believe everyone should have access to quality care, regardless of financial circumstances. Our sliding scale program adjusts counseling fees based on income, and we also offer scholarships for those facing significant financial hardship, ensuring that support and healing are accessible to all. In 2024, our scholarship funds enabled 658 sessions for clients who needed financial assistance. A total of 65% of our clients benefited from one of our accessibility programs, including scholarships, sliding scale, or church partnerships.

The average cost of a therapy session is $120. Our scholarship program helps to offset these costs depending on each person’s needs. By committing to a monthly donation of any of the below amounts—or any amount you feel inspired to give—you are enabling individuals, couples, and even entire families to receive critical mental health support from our skilled team of providers. Your generosity ensures that faith-based mental health care will be accessible to all who need it, especially those who might otherwise not receive it due to financial hardships.

Covers the monthly cost of counseling for an INDIVIDUAL with
acute needs, allowing them to gain stability and begin the healing process.
$120/month
Offers counseling support for a COUPLE in crisis, who require an
intensive degree of care but cannot make it work financially on their own.
$180/month
Provides a lifeline of counseling services for an entire FAMILY
with multiple complex needs, allowing them to heal and grow as a family
despite the many barriers that would otherwise stand in their way.
